From ADPList Mentor to Community Founder

In 2022 I joined ADPList to share what I'd learned across 10+ years of real design wor from startups to Fortune 200 companies. What started as occasional 1:1 sessions quickly became something bigger: 151 sessions completed, 7,735+ mentoring minutes logged, and recognition as one of ADPList's Top 1% mentors and 100 Most Impactful Mentors of 2022.

The more designers I worked with juniors figuring out their first portfolio, career switchers navigating their first UX interview, mid-level designers stuck in the same role the clearer it became that one-off sessions weren't enough. Designers needed a permanent space to ask questions, get feedback, and grow alongside others on the same path.

That's why I founded the UX Designers Club in May 2022. Today it's a free global community of 1,000+ designers across 15 countries, with monthly portfolio reviews and ongoing career support built on the same principles that made those early ADPList sessions work: practical advice, honest feedback, and real industry experience.

Beginning
                                         Motivated by my ADP List mentorship, I founded the UX Designers Club to connect, support, and inspire aspiring designers and career switchers.
Statistics on top 10 female mentors in UX Testing highlighting clear communication, interaction with newbies, prompt responsiveness, and top achiever status in Ukraine.
Community statistics showing 7,735 minutes total mentoring time, 151 sessions completed, 100% average attendance, and 360 karma points; top areas of impact include general mentorship, resume and portfolio review, design career path, and four other topics.
