2. No Client Relationship Created by Site Use
Browsing the Site, submitting a contact form, reading case studies, or booking a Discovery Call does not, by itself, create a client relationship, a contract for services, or any obligation on either party. Any actual engagement for design, UX, product strategy, or advisory services is governed exclusively by a separately negotiated and signed agreement (e.g., a Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement, and/or Non-Disclosure Agreement) between Olha Bahaieva and the client, entered into outside of this Site. These Terms do not govern the terms of any such engagement.
3. Site Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, design, layout, graphics, and the case studies describing past work — is owned by or licensed to me and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes, but may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
4. Case Studies and Portfolio Rights
Case studies, project descriptions, and client references shown on the Site reflect work performed under past client engagements. I retain the right to display, describe, and reference this work — including screenshots and general outcomes that do not constitute a client's confidential business information — as part of my professional portfolio and marketing, both during and after an engagement, except where a specific client has requested confidentiality in writing under our signed agreement. If you are a former client and would like a reference modified or removed, please contact me using the details in Section 9.
5. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site (including any blog posts, articles, or service descriptions) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional consulting advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for an actual paid engagement scoped to your specific situation.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or embed third-party tools, such as Calendly for scheduling. I am not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of any linked third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.
